How does email delivery work?
Connect your own SMTP provider or SendGrid account. Campaign Studio NOW manages the queue and sending rules; your provider handles email transport. Provider fees, account limits, and sending-domain authentication are separate.
Can I install this on my own hosting?
Yes. The standalone installer supports PHP 8.2+ with SQLite, OpenSSL, cURL, ZIP, mbstring, DOM, and fileinfo extensions. You need HTTPS, writable private storage outside the public web folder, and a scheduled cron job.
Is there a mobile app?
The package includes an installable web app for supported mobile and desktop browsers. It opens in its own window from your home screen. Native Android and iOS wrapper source is included in the complete package; app-store releases require your developer accounts, signing, and device testing.
Does it include every feature of the major email platforms?
This is an independent email marketing application with a defined release feature set. It does not reproduce every enterprise feature or integration. SMS, ecommerce connectors, social publishing, predictive AI, branching journeys, and automatic experiment winners are outside this release.
Can I see confirmed delivery?
The workspace distinguishes provider acceptance from confirmed delivery. SendGrid's signed event webhook supplies delivery, bounce, and complaint events. SMTP alone reports acceptance. Open and click measurements can be affected by privacy tools and automated scanners.
