SARs are renewal-with-service-area-reduction observations; nonrenewals are separate. A crosswalked plan is not added to the no-successor member-loss estimate. Impact counts use a selected old/new Landscape pair, annual crosswalk and a dated origin-year enrollment snapshot. Missing sources are not zero.
No Commission identifies explicitly reported zero initial compensation for independent agents in a selected annual CMS report, not a guarantee of current commissionability. Turning 65 is an ACS age-cohort proxy, not an exact birthday count. Neither identifies individual members or leads. Read the source edition and qualifications beside each metric.
